Nashua’s Annual Psychic Fair Turns 10 Years Old

Practitioners of the supernatural, people seeking answers, and the merely curious all converged upon Nashua, New Hampshire, on March 9th to partake in the 10th annual Psychic Fair. 

The event took place, as usual, at the Gothic-style Hunt Memorial Building and featured 11 psychic readers, plus three local artisans. 

City Arts Nashua hosts the event every year at this location. Readers and attendees both adore the building, which they state has an amazing energy. What could be a more perfect setting?

Who Attended

Many of the area’s most respected psychics are regulars at this event. These include Angie D’anjou, Colleen Costello, Irinie Chu, Jacki Joy, Katy Swallow, Lori Haynes,  Michelle Trahan, Robert Menard, and Stacey Smith. 

What Kind of Readings Were Available?

The 11 participants specialize in a range of media. They provided tarot readings, palm readings, scrying, numerology, psychometry, mediumship, and the best psychic angels card readings around.

Tarot Reading

 A deck of 78 cards used to help draw out your inner wisdom. While some claim that tarot readings are used to predict the future, many psychics disagree with this. They believe that the cards are simply a means of drawing out the seeker’s own intuition and subconscious. 

Angel reading

Also known as “palmistry,” this method of divination uses the lines on a person’s dominant hand to find clues to her life path. 

Scrying

This ancient art of revelation is most popularly depicted using a crystal ball. The goal is to reveal the unseen by channeling a person’s “second sight.” “Second sight” is the ability to see things that our regular five senses can’t perceive. 

Numerology

Numerology uses the presence of numbers in your life to uncover information about yourself and the world around you. Numerologists believe that the universe is a system. Psychometry

also known as “token-object reading,” psychometry divines information from physically touching an object. Psychics believe that owners leave their unique imprints on frequently-used objects. Those imprints can then be used to find out information about the owner or the object itself, at a later time. 

Mediumship

Mediums (psychics who practice this art) use their abilities to communicate with people in the spirit world. They act as mediators between a spirit and a living person. Mediums use three main methods to achieve this communication: clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience. 

Scheduling

While the fair is always held in late winter, dates vary between February and March. Luckily the organizers had the foresight (pun intended) this year to schedule the event before things got really bad with this coronavirus pandemic.
